Kathmandu.Everest Alliance Nepal has announced the first ever Everest Summiteers Summit 2025 organizing a press meet in Kathamandu. The press release is read'  Everest Alliance Nepal proudly announces the first-ever Everest Summiteers Summit 2025, taking place on May 27, 2025 (Jestha 13, 2082) at The Soaltee, Kathmandu. With the theme "Honoring the Legends, Inspiring the Future," this historic gathering will unite over 175 national and international Everest summiteers, along with leading voices from mountaineering, conservation, tourism, science, media, and government across 16 countries. '

This summit will be a living tribute to human spirit, resilience, and triumph-a rare moment to stand in the presence of those who have dared to touch the sky. The atmosphere will pulse with the strength, legacy, and untold stories of those who've conquered the top of the world. It is more than a summit-it is a celebration of courage, fortitude, and the enduring will to rise. 
A centerpiece of the event will be a special honor for Mr. Kancha Sherpa, the last surviving member of the historic 1953 Everest expedition. He will be presented with the "Everest Lifetime Achievement Award".

The program head and COO of theEverest Alliance Nepal, Miss Aju Sitaula has said ' The summit will serve as a launchpad for global awareness, amplifying the voice of the mountains. '
